KaPOW Kidz is our dynamic Sunday School community geared toward training your child about Christ. We engage them, motivate them, and activate them in Christ and His Truth.
Each weekend, your children are invited to participate in a safe, fun, and purposeful time of worship and teaching to learn more about God. We are committed to helping your child grow in every aspect of their relationship with Jesus Christ and knowledge of His Word. Our staff have a passion for serving in children’s ministry and have a deep desire to see children know, love, and serve Christ.
Children will enjoy a quick snack, followed by an exciting activity or craft, then they will be lead through a time of worship along with a meaningful Bible lesson. Lessons are kept simple and fun, and focus on teaching them that they too can be involved in doing God's work right now!
It is our hope that these truths take a firm hold of our children's hearts and are carried with them for the rest of their lives. We consider it a privilege to teach your child about Christ and His Gospel message of salvation.
To register your child for KaPOW Kidz, simply come to the POW Main Campus between 9:45AM - 10:00AM on Sunday. A KaPOW Kidz staff member will assist you.
We want you to feel comfortable leaving your children with qualified volunteers that
have the children’s best interests at heart. With that in mind, our Children's Community volunteers must have the following prior to serving in any capacity:
1. Local, State, and National criminal background checks
2. Trained in child abuse procedures
3. Certified to be a full time member of The POW
4. Know what to do in case of a medical emergency
5. Know how to find you quickly should your child's needs require your attention.
Our volunteers include licensed educators, nurses, grandma’s, and the like. They truly have a burden to reach out and help your child experience God in a whole new way!
